Being a dietitian itself is a tough work counting calories and diseases attached to the body because of those extra calories is tough way through. So to experience such experience i took a component in our life which is so much un-detachable from our day to day life that surviving without this is impossible !!! YESS !!! you are absolutely right i am talking about SALT and sodium , which is attached to it .
According to a survey conducted by the Health Canada , citizen are consuming 3400 mg of sodium which is double than standard consumption per day .

On a fact described by the government the consumption of these may lead to many harmful diseases including high blood pressure,heart strokes and many more. As per health Canada there is a list of food products which are high and low in food products.
Testing Myself :-
So after knowing these above facts i started recording my day to day lifestyle then i noticed that my cheese slice which i had it with bread itself has 500 mg of sodium trust me i felt so cornered . Moving to my lunch which pushed those limit to more 1500 mg and also the dinner another 600 mg which so in total i took 2600 mg / day which is still too much for an average person.
Is there any substitute available for ?
Tough it was to find this solution it took days and night to search this answer but to be frank there is no substitute available for salt the only way out to cut short salt is less use of processed foods . And try too make food at home so which can help you in controlling your own health.And use of kosher could be a solution being has a little less sodium as compared to regular salt.
Choice :-
My personal choice says that having a active life is the key to healthy living. Getting out of your comfort level is the only way you can beat that .
